Turnaround Orders are completed on a first-come, first-served basis and are scheduled based on how long it takes to build each order. An order completion date is set when you place an order. Rush Service We also offer a rush service for an additional 25 percent on the item price. Rush service means that you are placed at the head of the list and the item will ship as soon as the item is completed. We can't guarantee the delivery time by UPS or by freight truck. Often their guaranteed delivery services are much more expensive. We can get you a quote upon request. Volume Discounts 10 percent off with purchase of at least 3 like items, 15 percent off with the purchase of 4 like items, and 20 percent off with purchase of 5 or more like items. Like items must be within 50 percent of the price of each other. Deposit Required We require payment in full prior to shipping any order. We require a 50 percent deposit to place an order. The balance is due prior to shipping. We accept personal or business checks, |
money orders, or certified checks. We require a 100 percent deposit if paying with non-certified funds and have a two-week waiting period for bank clearance. Packing & Shipping If you are ordering more than one piece, the packing and shipping price is often less please ask for a quote. Call for rates to Alaska, Hawaii and foreign countries. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee If you are not completely satisfied with your antler art from Antler Art of the Plains, we will replace it if it gets damaged, exchange it if its not right, or refund your money! You are responsible for packing and shipping on exchanges and returns, but not on damages. We Guarantee Delivery We ship F.O.B. your destination. That means we take responsibility for your shipment until it is actually delivered to your door. If the freight company damages your shipment, we will have it returned, take care of the claim, and get you a new piece as soon as possible. Any damage should be noted on the delivery receipt to help expedite the return. |
